Kitchen:
Beautiful Kraftmaid raised panel cabinets in outstanding shape (some kick ass new hardware would do them a world of good). We don’t know exactly what kind of wood the cabinets are so…why not walnut? If they aren’t walnut, they’re certainly walnut-esque. The Kraftmaid cabinets are topped with speckled Corian countertops and 2 under-mount square Kohler sinks with a Ambersoft water filter system and hot water dispenser. All the appliances kitchen appliances are older, but they’re going cheap, folks!
Baths:
Like-new Maple Kraftmaid raised panel vanity, Kohler whirlpool tub, Kohler toilets, walnut (?) single and double Kraftmaid vanities, shower doors, mirrors, towel bars, hooks and the like.
Things That Make You Go Hmmm:
Horizontal Carrier Weathermaker Infinity 90+ 60,000 Btu furnace with a Carrier Techno 2000 a/c condenser (all from 2000). Also have a Radon recovery system, Ambersoft water softener, sump pump, central vac system, and an invisible fence.
Doors:
Beautiful varnished pine 6 panel doors with pine casings, 2 sets of true divided light French doors, 16’ raised panel redwood garage door, steel insulated side doors, the entrance door is steel insulated with beveled glass and a matching beveled glass sidelight.
Outside Goodies:
The whole house has cedar siding so don’t forget your crowbar, bub! Cobbles and in ground lighting, stained glass sconces, and tis the season to dig and dash-- lots of bushes available, the names of which elude me since they are still dormant. But with each day, more good stuff will emerge!
Misc. Whatnots:
The entire house is comprised of Andersen thermopane casements including bows and bays. We’ve also got several skylights that feature brown vinyl on the outside and unpainted pine on the inside, closet organizer, fabulous beige Berber carpeting throughout (I say buy the entire houseful, but, of course, I would say that!), and a very cool floor-to-ceiling raised panel fireplace.
Come packing measurements, cash, tools, and friends who owe you favors!
Don’t forget, an 8% buyer’s premium is attached to every transaction!
